1. What is this account for?
This Monster Energy account is for the Monster Energy® x Call of Duty Promotion to get in-game rewards.
2. Do I have to create an account to get a reward?
Yes, you must create a Monster Energy account and upload your qualifying receipt(s) to receive your reward(s). You must also have an Activision account in good standing to participate.
3. Can I use my existing account?
Yes, if you have an account from the 2023 Monster Energy x Call of Duty Promotion, you can log in with those credentials.
4. What if I forgot my password?
Go to the account Login page and click "Forgot My Password". You will receive an email with a link and instructions to reset your password.
5. What platforms is Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 available on?
You can purchase, download, and play Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 on PlayStation®4, PlayStation®5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC Microsoft, Battle.net and Steam.

7. How do I start earning Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 content through Monster Energy?
Step 1: Purchase any Monster Energy, Monster Ultra, Monster Java, Monster Hydro, or Juice Monster product and save your receipt.
Step 2: If you haven’t already, create a Monster Energy account on callofduty.monsterenergy.com
Step 3: Log in to your account and upload your receipt.
Step 4: Allow up to 48-72 hours for processing.
Step 5: Check your account to find the codes you’ve unlocked.
Step 6: Redeem your in-game items by entering the codes at callofduty.com/redeem using your Activision account. Start using items in game on October 25, 2024.
8. How do I redeem my codes?
Step 1: Please go to www.callofduty.com/redeem to redeem your code.
Step 2: You must then login or create an Activision account.
Step 3: You will know your code is valid if you are redirected to the success page.
Step 4: The success page will confirm what items you were rewarded along with any other item or campaign specific information.
Step 5: NOTE: If you are currently in-game when redeeming a code. You must restart the game for recently redeemed items to show up in your inventory.
9. What platforms can I use my codes on?
You can redeem your codes for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 in-game items game on your PlayStation®4, PlayStation®5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC Microsoft, Battle.net and Steam for PC. 10. Why are the in-game items and double XP separated in my Monster Energy account?
When you enter your in-game reward code in your Activision account, your 2XP will be applied to your level progression in the current Call of Duty season. They will be carried over to the next season. New rewards will be available to earn in subsequent seasons. Remember you can use your 2XP for up to 40HRS, so consider your current progression level before entering your in-game 2XP code.
11. Can I keep getting 2XP once the promotion ends?
No. 2XP can only be earned during the promotional window.
12. Do I keep everything I’ve earned with Monster x Call of Duty once the season ends?
All-in game rewards you have been awarded in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 including 40hrs of 2XP will stay in your Activision account after the season ends.
13. What’s the last day I can redeem my In-game rewards?
You must redeem your last in-game rewards by March 31, 2025.
14. How long can I participate in the promo?
You can redeem Monster Energy products for in game rewards until March 31, 2025. Only receipts from September 1 – December 31, 2024, are redeemable.
15. Is there a maximum number of products I can add to my account?
You can purchase up to 160 Monster Energy cans to reach the maximum cap of 40 hours of 2XP. However, you can add more products to your account to show off to your friends.
16. Who should I contact if I am having issues redeeming my codes?
