Jekk ma taċċettax dawn it-Termini bis-sħiħ, m’għandekx tirreġistra u ma tkunx eliġibbli li tirċievi token li jintitolak li tgħolli l-livell tal-esperjenza tiegħek ta’ Call of Duty® permezz ta’ ‘Double XP’ jew ‘2XP’ u kontenut fil-logħba stess għal logħbiet multiplayer online (“Token”). Bottijiet promozzjonali

  1. Bottijiet tal-prodott ta’ 500ml Monster Energy® li juri l-artwork promozzjonali tal-Monster Energy Call of Duty® u t-termini fil-qosor tal-promozzjoni (kull “Bott Promozzjonali”) ser ikollu kodiċi uniku (“Kodiċi(jiet) Promozzjonali”) murija fuq in-naħa ta’ taħt tar-ring-pull is-sewda (“Ring-Pull(s) Promozzjonali”).

  2. Għajr mill-Bottijiet Promozzjonali elenkati hawn fuq, ebda prodott ieħor ta’ Monster Energy® mhu se jagħmel parti minn din il-Promozzjoni jew mhu se jkollu Ring-Pull Promozzjonali.

  3. Kull Kodiċi Promozzjonali jista’ jissarraf darba biss u int limitat għal massimu ta’ siegħa waħda (1) ta’ 2XP imsarrfa f’kull jum u 40 siegħa għall-perjodu promozzjonali li jintemm fil-31 ta’ Marzu 2027.

  11. Biex issarraf it-Token tiegħek, żur www.callofduty.com/redeem, idħol fil-kont tiegħek ta’ Call of Duty® (“Kont ta’ Call of Duty”) u daħħal it-Token(s) tiegħek. Wara li jirnexxielek iddaħħal Token, skont dawn it-Termini, int se tirċievi 2XP jew kontenut fil-logħba stess. Jekk 2XP Token, Large Decal Token, Weapon Blueprint Token, Operator Skin Token u/jew Operator Skin Recolour Token jiddaħħal qabel il-ħruġ ta’ Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare 4 (PEGI 18 PROVISIONAL), it-2XP jew il-kontenut fil-logħba stess tiegħek se jiġi bbankjat sakemm tinħareġ Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare 4 (PEGI 18 PROVISIONAL).

  12. It-2XP jew il-kontenut fil-logħba stess tiegħek se jkun jista’ jintuża f’Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare 4 (PEGI 18 PROVISIONAL), Call of Duty®: Warzone™ (PEGI 18) u tali titli attwali magħżula oħra ta’ Call of Duty® (PEGI 18) kif determinati minn Monster Energy u Activision (il-“Logħbiet”).

  13. Jekk jogħġbok żgura li int lloggjat fil-Kont ta’ Call of Duty it-tajjeb qabel ma ssarraf it-Token tiegħek. It-Tokens ma jistgħux jiġu ttrasferiti f’Kont ta’ Call of Duty ieħor u mhux se jinħarġu sostituzzjonijiet.

  14. Fil-każ ta’ kwalunkwe problema biex iddaħħal u/jew tuża t-Token, jekk jogħġbok ikkuntattja lit-tim tas-servizz għall-klijenti ta’ Activision kif imniżżel hawn taħt.

  15. Il-ħinijiet u d-dati stabbiliti f’dawn it-Termini jirreferu għall-ħinijiet u d-dati fl-Italja u f’Malta. Fil-każ ta’ kwalunkwe tilwima dwar il-ħin jew id-data ta’ kwalunkwe entrata sottomessa, id-deċiżjoni ta’ Monster Energy tkun finali.

  16. Biex tkun tista’ titlob u tuża t-Token tiegħek tkun teħtieġ: kompjuter jew tagħmir ieħor lest għall-internet u aċċess għall-internet biex tirreġistra għal din il-Promozzjoni: jista’ jkun meħtieġ Kont ta’ Call of Duty u kopja kompatibbli ta’ Logħba. Jistgħu jkunu meħtieġa kont tal-pjattaforma tal-applikazzjoni u abbonament għall-pjattaforma (mibjugħa separatament). Ma jista’ jintalab ebda rimborż għal kwalunkwe spiża (pereżempju spejjeż għat-trażmissjoni tad-data) li tista’ ġġarrab għall-finijiet li titlob jew tuża t-Token tiegħek. Spejjeż bħal dawn għandhom jitħallsu minnek.

  17. Jekk m’għandekx Kont ta’ Call of Duty eżistenti, tista’ ssegwi l-istruzzjonijiet biex tirreġistra għal dan is-servizz bla ħlas fuq https://profile.callofduty.com/cod/signup. Ir-reġistrazzjoni teħtieġ qbil mat-termini u l-kundizzjonijiet u l-politiki tal-privatezza applikabbli għal tali użu, u Monster Energy mhix responsabbli għal dawn.

  18. Monster Energy u Activision Blizzard UK Limited li għandha uffiċċju rreġistrat f’Ampersand Building, 178 Wardour Street, London, !1F 8FY, ir-Renju Unit (u l-affiljati tagħha, kollettivament "Activision") mhumiex responsabbli għal kwalunkwe problema jew ħsara teknika fuq sistemi online tal-kompjuter, servers, fornituri, tagħmir tal-kompjuter, u/jew ħsara fis-software ta’ kwalunkwe entrata għal fuq sit web, jew kwalunkwe servizz ta’ twassil.

  19. It-Token tiegħek jittella’ skont dawn it-Termini fil-Kont ta’ Call of Duty tiegħek minn Activision. Sakemm ikun permess bis-sħiħ mil-liġi applikabbli, Monster Energy (u Activision sakemm ikun permess bis-sħiħ mil-liġi applikabbli) ma jaċċettaw ebda responsabbiltà għat-twassil tat-Token minn Activision jew kwalunkwe nuqqas li jagħmlu dan u lanqas għall-kwalità jew l-użu ta’ Token, li jingħata biss bħala aġġornament tas-software minn Activision. Jekk għandek kwalunkwe problema bl-aġġornament tas-software, jekk jogħġbok ikkuntattja lit-tim tas-servizz għall-klijenti ta’ Activision kif imniżżel hawn taħt.

  20. Jista’ jintuża biss Bott Promozzjonali b’Ring-Pull Promozzjonali għall-finijiet ta’ din il-Promozzjoni. Monster Energy mhix se tkun responsabbli għal kwalunkwe Ring-Pull Promozzjonali bil-ħsara jew Kodiċi Promozzjonali li ma jistax jinqara. Ma jingħata ebda rimborż għal kwalunkwe prodott u/jew Kodiċi Promozzjonali difettuż. Dan ma jaffettwax id-drittijiet legali statutorji tiegħek.

  21. Jekk Token mhux disponibbli, Monster Energy u/jew Activision jistgħu jikkuntattjawk, permezz tad-dettalji tal-Kont tiegħek ipprovduti mar-reġistrazzjoni, biex jagħmlu arranġamenti għal sostituzzjoni tal-prodott. M’hemmx alternattiva għal flus kontanti disponibbli.

  22. Kwalunkwe Ring-Pull Promozzjonali li tiġbor u t-Tokens li tirċievi huma għall-użu personali tiegħek biss. Ma tistax tbigħ, tpartat jew tittrasferixxi r-Ring-Pulls Promozzjonali tiegħek jew it-Token(s) tiegħek (jew tipprova tagħmel kwalunkwe waħda minn dawn l-affarijiet).

  23. Ebda impjegat jew membru tal-familja ta’ impjegat ta’ Monster Energy u/jew Activision jew kwalunkwe mill-kumpaniji affiljati, sottokuntratturi, aġenti jew persuni assenjati jew kwalunkwe persuna oħra assoċjata professjonalment ma’ din il-Promozzjoni ma hija permessa tirreġistra biex tirċievi jew inkella tuża kwalunkwe Token.

  24. L-entrati ma jkunux validi meta jsiru online permezz ta’ metodi ġġenerati permezz ta’ script, macro jew l-użu ta’ tagħmir awtomatizzat.

  25. Monster Energy tirriżerva d-dritt li żżomm jew tannulla kwalunkwe Token jekk int tikser (jew Monster Energy b’mod raġonevoli tissuspetta li inti ksirt jew se tikser) dawn it-Termini.

  26. Meta tirreġistra online, tkun meħtieġ tissottometti d-dettalji kif stabbiliti f'dawn it-Termini. Ikollok l-opzjoni li tippermetti lill-Activision tuża kwalunkwe data personali sottomessa għal skopijiet ta’ kummerċjalizzazzjoni u promozzjoni. Għal aktar dettalji dwar liema data se tinġabar u kif din id-data se tintuża minn Activision, jekk jogħġbok ara l-politika tal-privatezza ta’ Activision (disponibbli fuq https://www.activision.com/legal/privacy-policy).

  27. Sakemm huma permess bis-sħiħ mil-liġi, Monster Energy u Activision jeskludu responsabbiltà għal kwalunkwe telf, ħsara jew pretensjonijiet imġarrba minn kwalunkwe persuna b’konnessjoni mal-parteċipazzjoni f’din il-Promozzjoni u/jew ir-riċevuta u/jew l-użu ta’ kwalunkwe Token.

  28. Monster Energy tirriżerva d-dritt li temenda dawn it-Termini fi kwalunkwe ħin jekk dan ma jkunx jista’ jiġi evitat minħabba ċirkostanzi li mhumiex fil-kontroll raġonevoli tagħha. It-test aġġornat ta’ dawn it-Termini jkunu disponibbli għad-durata sħiħa tal-Promozzjoni fuq callofduty.monsterenergy.com.

  29. Dawn it-Termini huma rregolati mil-liġijiet tal-Ingilterra u Wales u kwalunkwe tilwima li tista’ tinqala’ minħabba dawn it-Termini, jew b’konnessjoni magħhom, tkun suġġetta għall-ġurisdizzjoni esklussiva tal-Qrati tal-Ingilterra u Wales, sakemm mhux impedit mil-liġi. Jibqgħu applikabbli r-regolamenti obbligatorji tal-pajjiż ta’ residenza abitwali tiegħek, li jipprovdulek aktar protezzjoni.

  30. Jekk daħħalt Kodiċi Promozzjonali validu iżda ma tistax issarrfu, tista’ tikkuntattja lill-appoġġ għall-Klijenti ta’ Monster Energy fuq https://www.monsterenerby.com/contact-us. Jekk daħħalt Kodiċi fil-Logħba Stess validu iżda ma tistax issarrfu jew jekk għandek kwalunkwe problema bil-kontenut fil-logħba stess, tista’ tikkuntattja lit-tim tas-servizz għall-klijenti ta’ Activision fuq https://support.activision.com.

You should also read the privacy policy at www.monsterenergy.com which explains how Monster Energy will use the data you provide when entering the Promotion.

  1. You must be aged 18 or over and resident in Italy, Sicily and/or Malta to enter this Promotion. Monster Energy reserves the right to refuse to register, to unregister and/or not to dispatch nor honour a Token to anyone who does not meet these eligibility conditions.

Promotional cans

  1. Cans of 500ml Monster Energy® product featuring the promotional Monster Energy Call of Duty® artwork and abridged promotion terms (each a “Promotional Can”) shall each carry a unique code (“Promotional Code(s)”) displayed on the underside of the black ring-pull (“Promotional Ring-Pull(s)”).

  2. Other than the Promotional Cans listed above at paragraph 2, no other Monster Energy® products will feature as part of this Promotion or contain a Promotional Ring-Pull.

  3. Each Promotional Code may only be redeemed once and you are limited to a maximum of one (1) hour of 2XP redeemed per day and forty (40) hours for the promotional period ending 31 March 2027.

    Important Dates

  4. Promotional Cans will be available from 00:00 on 01 September 2026 until 23:59 on 31 December 2026, or while stocks last.

  5. You must register your Promotional Code online at callofduty.monsterenergy.com (“Website”) to redeem your Token by no later than 23:59 on 31 March 2027. Registration will not be possible after this time and you will not receive a Token if you attempt to register after this time. All entries are deemed to have been received at the time of entry into the database (as determined below).

How to claim your Token

  1. Prior to claiming a Token you will need to register for an account (“Account”) online at the Website (callofduty.monsterenergy.com).

  2. To claim a Token, you will need to purchase a Promotional Can, log into your Account and enter your Promotional Code as directed by the Website.

  3. After your successful entry of a Promotional Code, in accordance with these Terms, you will receive your Token(s).

  4. Token(s) provide ‘Double XP’ or ‘2XP’ which will allow you to double the number of points accumulated for fifteen (15) minutes from time of redemption within public online multiplayer matches of the Games. Only one (1) Token can be used per online multiplayer match. In addition, the first five (5) Promotional Codes that you redeem will also entitle you to unique in-game content based on the following redemption path:

  5. 1st Promotional Code: 2XP Token + Large Decal Token

  6. 2nd Promotional Code: 2XP Token + Weapon Blueprint Token

  7. 3rd Promotional Code: 2XP Token + Operator Skin Token

  8. 4th Promotional Code: 2XP Token + Weapon Blueprint Token

  9. 5th Promotional Code: 2XP Token + Operator Skin Recolour Token

  10. 6th to 160th Promotional Code: 2XP Token

  11. To redeem your Token, visit www.callofduty.com/redeem, log in to your Call of Duty® account (“Call of Duty Account”) and enter your Token(s). After your successful entry of a Token, in accordance with these Terms, you will receive your 2XP or in-game content. If a 2XP Token, Large Decal Token, Weapon Blueprint Token, Operator Skin Token and/or Operator Skin Recolour Token is entered prior to the release of Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare 4 (PEGI 18 PROVISIONAL), your 2XP or in-game content will be banked until Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare 4 (PEGI 18 PROVISIONAL) is released.

  12. Your 2XP or in-game content will be able to be used in Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare 4 (PEGI 18 PROVISIONAL), Call of Duty®: Warzone™ (PEGI 18) and such other selected current Call of Duty® titles as determined by Monster Energy and Activision (the “Game(s)”).

  13. Please ensure you are logged into the correct Call of Duty Account before redeeming your Token. Tokens cannot be transferred to another Call of Duty Account and replacements will not be issued.

  14. In the event of any problems with the entering and/or use of the Token, please contact the Activision customer service team as set out below.

    Other important information

  15. All times and dates set out in these Terms refer to the times and dates in Italy and Malta. In the event of any dispute over the time or date of any entry submitted, Monster Energy’s decision will be final.

  16. To be able to claim and use your Token you will require: a computer or another internet-ready device and internet access to register for this Promotion; a Call of Duty Account and a compatible copy of a Game. Application platform account and platform subscription (sold separately) may be required. No refund may be claimed for any expenses (for example data-transmission costs) incurred for the purpose of claiming or using your Token. Such costs shall be borne by you.

  17. If you do not have an existing Call of Duty Account, you can follow the instructions to register for this service free at https://profile.callofduty.com/cod/signup. Registration requires agreement to the applicable terms and conditions and privacy policies for such use, for which Monster Energy is not responsible.

  18. Monster Energy and Activision Blizzard UK Limited whose registered office is at Ampersand Building, 178 Wardour Street, London, W1F 8FY, United Kingdom (and its affiliates, collectively "Activision") are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, and/or software malfunction of any entry to website, or any delivery service.

  19. Your Token will be uploaded according to these Terms into your Call of Duty Account by Activision. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Monster Energy (and Activision to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law) accept no liability for the delivery of the Token by Activision or any failure to do so nor for the quality or use of a Token, which is provided solely as a software upgrade by Activision. If you have any problems with the software upgrade, please contact Activision customer service team as set out below.

  20. Only a Promotional Can with a Promotional Ring-Pull may be used for the purpose of this Promotion. Monster Energy shall not be responsible for any damaged Promotional Ring-Pull or illegible Promotional Code. No refunds shall be made for any faulty product and/or Promotional Code. This does not affect your statutory legal rights.

  21. If a Token is unavailable, Monster Energy and/or Activision may contact you, via your Account details provided at registration, to arrange a substitute product. No cash alternative is available.

  22. Any Promotional Ring-Pulls that you collect and Tokens you receive are for your personal use only. You must not sell, exchange or transfer your Promotional Ring-Pulls or your Token(s) (or attempt to do any of these things).

  23. No employee or family member of an employee of Monster Energy and/or Activision or any of their affiliated companies, sub-contractors, agents or assigns or anyone else professionally associated with this Promotion is permitted to register to receive or to otherwise use any Token.

  24. Entries will not be valid where they are made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices.

  25. Monster Energy reserves the right to withhold or void any Token if you breach (or Monster Energy reasonably suspects that you have breached or will breach) these Terms.

  26. When you register online, you will be required to submit the details as set out in these Terms. You will have the option to allow Activision to use any personal data submitted for marketing and promotional purposes. For further details of what data will be collected and how this data will be used by Activision please see Activision’s privacy policy (available at https://www.activision.com/legal/privacy-policy).

  27. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monster Energy and Activision exclude liability for any losses, damages and claims incurred by any person in connection with participating in this Promotion and/or the receipt and/or use of any Token.

  28. Monster Energy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this unavoidable. The up-to-date wording of these Terms will be available for the whole duration of the Promotion at callofduty.monsterenergy.com.

  29. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales, unless prevented by law. Mandatory regulations of the country of your habitual residence, which provide more protection for you, remain applicable.

  30. If you have entered a valid Promotional Code but are unable to redeem, you may contact Monster Energy customer support on https://www.monsterenergy.com/contact-us. If you have entered a valid In-Game Code but are unable to redeem or if you have any problems with your in-game content, you may contact the Activision customer service team at https://support.activision.com.
